In 1998 Aisha began her journalism career as a\u00a0 field producer for NBC-5\u00a0 and WFLD-TV in Chicago.\u00a0 After leaving the newsroom Aisha transitioned to entertainment reporting for the Source Awards and MTV Awards.<\/p>\n
In 2007 Aisha\u00a0 founded\u00a0 AM Connect PR\u00a0 as an independent publicist for fashion brands and entertainers, where she began to\u00a0 pitch and schedule media interviews, develop and execute strategic marketing and media relation plans.<\/p>\n
